- your numbers directly drive what the company wins What You'll Be Doing Drive full-cycle bids: takeoffs, pricing, scope review, and proposal development Identify value engineering opportunities to win competitive bids Build strong relationships with GCs, vendors, and subcontractors Partner with operations for seamless project handoff Help elevate and mentor the estimating team What We Want 5+ years of commercial MEP estimating experience Proven track record of hard bidding and winning profitable work Strong understanding of plans/specs, code requirements, and project costing Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment The Bottom Line This is not a sit-back estimating role.
