Company Overview Founded in early 2026, Refined Catalyst Solutions was established by a team of industry veterans with decades of experience in buying, processing, testing, and refining catalytic converters across the U.S and internationally. Headquartered in Hebron, Ohio, the company operates 16 locations across the United States, Canada, Latin America, and India, and continues to expand through strategic partnerships. Refined Catalyst Solutions emphasizes trust, clear communication and consistent settlements for suppliers, bridging gaps in transparency and operation efficiency in the recycling industry. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with catalytic suppliers, recyclers and scrap yards. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and provide responsive, professional services. Monitor Catalytic converter market conditions, including platinum, palladium and rhodium pricing, and understand how market changes affect customer pricing and profitability. Prepare and Communicate quotes, pricing contracts, and account information. Assist with the loading and unloading catalytic converters. Work with customers and suppliers to understand material types, quantities, pricing and assay requirements. Travel as needed to visit customers, suppliers, trade shows, and industry events.• Follow all company safety procedures and requirements for material handling and transportation. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, account management, purchasing, or buying is a plus. Comfortable working in scrap yards, recycling facilities and warehouses. Strong Communication and relationship building skills Strong attention to detail when handling material, pricing, quantities, and customer information. Proficient computer skills and ability to CRM, email, spreadsheets, and other business software. Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events. Valid driver's licenses and clean driving record. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
