What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing, piping, and related building systems. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Experience preparing conceptual budgets, hard bids, negotiated work, and design-build estimates. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with estimating software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and other construction management tools. Self-motivated professional who enjoys collaborating, solving problems, and contributing to company success.
