About us We are a local family owned drywall company that has been in business for 43 years. ```Duties```

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required (Read Blue Prints)
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
Utilize construction estimating software such as Planswift and Access to create comprehensive estimates ```Skills```
Proficiency in construction estimating software, such as Planswift
Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to accurately calculate quantities and costs
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex project documents
Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Basic Computer Experience
Conscientious, Punctual, Good Attendance Record
Willingness to learn
