• Full-time Construction Management and Estimating experience is a must.

Responsible to oversee, supervise and coordinate projects through to completion. Prepare and monitor construction schedules, budgets and monthly pay requests. Schedule and attend progress meetings with subcontractors, architects and owners. Review shop drawings and submittals of subcontractors and material suppliers for conformance to plans and specifications, problem solving, and understanding all aspects of Project Management.
