HVAC Estimator

Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician who is ready to take their skills to the sales side to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with a focus on advocating for and delivering high-quality service to our clients. If you are passionate about the HVAC industry and are ready to move inside from the field, we have an immediate opening for you. Duties Analyze customer requirements and provide effective solutions. Provide excellent customer service to established customer base. Respond timely to requests for estimates. Provide accurate estimates to ensure margins. Evaluate cost analysis to perfect estimating accuracy. Meet established sales goals. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written under stringent timelines. Ability to instruct Project Manager on estimate requirements/strategies. Ability to maintain relationship with purchasing department and equipment vendors. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar sales role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with construction estimating software preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
