Position Overview:

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and has an interest in vaping products. This role is all about customer experience — helping guests, answering questions, and keeping the shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and create a welcoming environment Assist customers in selecting vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Verify customer age and follow all compliance regulations Stay up to date on new products and industry trends

Qualifications:

Retail or customer service experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and people skills Willingness to learn about vape products and brands Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be 21+ Basic math and cash-handling skills
