Project Estimator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 to $25.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Review architectural drawings, and specifications to determine project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials (e.g., wood, hardware), labor, and overhead, considering wood types, finishes, and other project-specific details. Collaborate with Estimators, Engineers, Managers, and Advisors to develop complete and accurate bid presentations that meet all project specifications. Source pricing from subcontractors, maintain relations to ensure competitive material costs.

Project Estimator Qualifications:

Previous experience in cabinetry, or manufacturing environments. Familiar with cabinetry design. Prior experience in an Estimator role or using related software. Experience working with contractors and submitting addendums for missing or unclear specifications. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Ability to follow complex instructions and adhere to bid submission protocols. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Punctual, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
