$60,000 - $70,000 base salary + aggressive and straightforward bonus structure About Palm Restore Palm Restore is a full-service restoration contractor specializing in water, fire, smoke, mold, trauma/biohazard, and storm damage.

Our mission:

bringing restoration to souls and structures with quality care and precision. Prepare detailed mitigation and build-back estimates using Xactimate Conduct on-site inspections, measurements, and photo documentation Ensure estimates comply with IICRC standards Submit supplements and change orders as needed Manage a projects from initial assessment through rebuild utilizing our in-house crews for mitigation/emergency services, and vetted subcontractors for repairs. Communicate with adjusters, property managers, and clients to negotiate and finalize estimates Track project budgets, costs, and profitability to ensure accuracy Maintain accurate and complete job files in company software ( DASH, CoreLogic, etc. ) Defend estimates with proper documentation when challenged by carriers Support company growth by capturing all billable items and minimizing underbilling. What We're Looking For Minimum 3-5 years of restoration or construction estimating experience Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required) and related estimating platforms Knowledge of insurance claims process and restoration industry standards Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Knowledgeable in construction and comfortable working with and managing subcontractors.
