Job Description

Project Manager / Estimator - Paving & Roadway Construction Job Summary We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator with experience in paving and roadway construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience estimating and managing Federal, State, County, and City paving/roadway projects and be comfortable overseeing projects from estimating through completion. Responsibilities Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for paving and roadway projects. Manage projects, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors. Review project plans, specifications, and contract requirements. Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and field teams. Monitor project costs, production, and overall performance. Assist with change orders, pay applications, and project closeout. Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in civil construction, paving, or roadway projects. Experience estimating and/or managing Federal, State, County, and City projects . Knowledge of asphalt paving, roadway construction, grading, and related civil work. Ability to read plans and specifications. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Public works/DOT experience preferred.
