General Manager Expectations for the role: To provide bids to our clients.
Job Duties:
Continue to build relationships with our current clients and seek opportunities to build relationships with new clients. Provide bids on plan and spec projects. Provide design build budgets and bids. Work with engineers throughout the design process. Request quotes from our vendors. Attend pre bid job site walk throughs. Attend turn-over meetings prepared to discuss the project in depth. Maintain a award percentage of 12%.
