Residential Electrical Estimator

Brother's Inc. is a well-established regional electrical contractor serving Southeast Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Electrical Estimator to join our team and play a key role in securing profitable single

• and multi-family residential projects. Key Responsibilities
• Review plans, specs, and site conditions to produce takeoffs and cost estimates
• Prepare detailed labor, material, and equipment cost breakdowns
• Create competitive, accurate bids and proposals
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to confirm pricing and lead times
• Maintain estimate files, scope clarifications, and historical cost data
• Support value engineering and change order pricing Required Qualifications
• 2+ years estimating experience in residential electrical construction (or strong electrical field background with estimating exposure)
• Proficiency with takeoff/estimating tools (e.g., WinEst, Excel) — willing to train on company software
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, labor productivity, and basic code requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, math skills, and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:

  $60,000
• $65,000 annually
