Residential Electrical Estimator Permanent/Full Time Position $60,000 to $65,000/year depending on experience A regional electrical contractor serving Southeast Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware , is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Electrical Estimator to join our team and help secure profitable single

• and multi-family projects. What They'll do:
• Review plans, specs and site conditions to produce takeoffs and cost estimates
• Prepare detailed labor, material and equipment cost breakdowns
• Create competitive, accurate bids and proposals
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing and lead times
• Maintain estimate files, scope clarifications and historical cost data
• Support value engineering and change order pricing What we're looking for
• 2+ years estimating experience in residential electrical construction (or strong electrical field background with estimating exposure)
• Proficiency with takeoff/estimating tools (e.g., Winest, Excel) — willing to train on company software
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, labor productivity, and basic code requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, math skills and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines Compensation
