Estimator - Industrial Construction

About the Role Join a growing industrial construction team where your estimating expertise will support a variety of industrial construction projects. This position is responsible for quantity take-offs, pricing, bid preparation, and estimate development utilizing HCSS HeavyBid. Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed estimates Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Prepare bid proposals and scope letters Support project budgeting, turnover, and job cost tracking Assist Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders Qualifications 3+ years of construction estimating experience Industrial construction experience preferred Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Detail-oriented and self-motivated Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($60,000-$90,000) Health and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time Career growth opportunities Stable and growing industrial construction team Opportunity to work closely with operations and project management teams throughout the preconstruction process Join a company that values teamwork, professionalism, and career development.
