Job Description

MACHINE DESIGNER
- Northeast Pennsylvania ICON is currently seeking an experienced Machine Designers to support operations in the Northeast Pennsylvania area.
JOB SUMMARY
Job duties include but are not limited to: Remove troubleshoot and NC1 with Prodevco Develop cost effective designs of parts and assemblies for RMI's lines of machinery. Implement and integrate design upgrades to the existing products. Help develop new processes/upgrades and new machinery. Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions. Interact with customers and develop good customer relations. Identify and track out of scope work - change orders. Maintain accurate project files, including drawing, project tracking and purchasing sub-folders. Submit service reports, expense reports, and other administrative tasks in a timely manner. Enter work performed in project database in a timely manner. Revise/review SOPs.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATION
2+ years CAD experience. Experience in the manufacturing industry. Knowledge of P&ID's Knowledge of Controls. Remove experience in building steel etc. Knowledge of metal fabrication process. AutoCAD. SolidWorks. Must be highly motivated and have strong problem solving ability. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must have good technical writing abilities. Must be able to work independently and as a team player. Be willing to travel to various job sites within a work week. Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office tools. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
