Printing Estimator

WhiteOak is an established leader in print marketing communications, signage, and promotional products. We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for offset and digital printed projects. The ideal candidate understands print production processes, material specifications, and pricing strategies, and can work closely with sales and production teams to ensure profitable, competitive quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates for a wide range of print projects Analyze job specifications, materials, labor, and production methods Work with vendors to obtain pricing on outsourced items Collaborate with sales to meet customer timelines and expectations Maintain pricing accuracy and consistency across all estimates

Qualifications:

Experience in print estimating or print production preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of digital, offset, and large format printing is a plus

Work Schedule:
