CDL B Box Truck Driver

Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL B box truck, including manual transmission models, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring secure handling of goods Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, mechanical condition, and compliance with DOT regulations Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet schedule deadlines while optimizing fuel consumption Assist with the operation of front loader trucks, rear loader trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, and roll-off trucks as needed Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly during loading and unloading processes Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip Skills Proven experience as a commercial driver with a valid CDL B license and clean driving record Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues and perform basic maintenance checks Familiarity with different truck types including front loader, rear loader, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and roll-off trucks Strong driving skills with experience in manual transmission vehicles under various conditions Ability to lift heavy loads safely and efficiently during cargo handling operations Knowledge of load securing techniques to ensure safety during transit Excellent organizational skills for route planning and delivery scheduling Join us if you're driven by the thrill of the road!
