Your Role:
As an Estimator, you'll play a vital part in our success by creating detailed, competitive, and accurate project estimates that drive profitability and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Comprehensive Estimates:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with technical and client requirements.
Analyze Project Documents:
Review blueprints and specifications to determine scope, materials, and labor needs.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with project managers and field teams to ensure estimates align with project goals.
Conduct Site Assessments:
Perform on-site evaluations and detailed takeoffs to gather precise data. Communicate with
Stakeholders:
Build strong relationships with clients and vendors to secure competitive pricing and understand project needs.
Drive Process Improvements:
Enhance the estimating process to maintain competitiveness and improve outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in estimating, with in-depth knowledge of systems, equipment, and installation methods. Expertise in estimating software and a strong ability to perform detailed takeoffs and calculations. Analytical skills to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and project requirements.
