Job Description
Estimator P.A. Hutchison Company, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As part of The GV Group — which includes Grafica Veneta and Lake Book Manufacturing — P.A. Hutchison Company, LLC combines the stability and resources of a global organization with the close-knit, team-oriented culture of a long-established company. This onsite position plays a key role in supporting sales, production planning, and customer relationships through accurate and competitive project estimating. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Full-time salaried, onsite position Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates and pricing for print and manufacturing projects based on customer specifications and quote requests Review job requirements including materials, labor, production processes, turnaround times, and other associated costs Collaborate with sales, customer service, and production teams to develop competitive and accurate pricing Analyze project specifications to determine the most efficient and cost-effective manufacturing methods Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding estimates, timelines, and project details Maintain organized estimate records and supporting documentation Support workflow efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives related to estimating and pricing processes Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of print estimating experience preferred Strong knowledge of printing and manufacturing processes required Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience with Technique, Logic, or other ERP/order management systems preferred Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Paid holidays Life insurance Equal Employment Opportunity P.A.
