$95,000 UNCAPPED Commission Full Benefits The Role Project Directors estimate, sell, and manage restoration projects from start to finish. You're the quarterback —owning the sale, budget, and client relationship through completion. Projects include commercial, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, senior living, and residential losses. Key Responsibilities Close deals and hit sales goals Estimate using Xactimate / T&M and Matterport Manage budgets, margins, and billing Drive collections and maintain A/R targets Meet weekly with clients, adjusters, and consultants Collaborate with mitigation, reconstruction, and accounting teams Requirements 5+ years restoration or construction sales Large loss / CAT experience Xactimate & CRM experience preferred Comfortable with 2-3 networking events/week Strong communication and project management skills Benefits Base + uncapped commission Auto allowance, laptop, phone 401(k) with match Health, dental, vision, PTO Training, referral bonuses, EAP #
