Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project accuracy. Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure budget adherence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a construction estimator or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs. Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar). Excellent analytical and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
