Our company delivers turnkey interior packages for builders , combining product supply, estimating, and installation into a single streamlined platform. We work directly with builders to provide consistent pricing, reliable installation capacity, and high-quality finishes across large residential communities. As we continue expanding across the region, we are seeking a Builder Sales Role to drive new builder relationships, grow existing accounts, and help scale our builder program. This role is ideal for sales professionals currently working with production builders, has a established network of builders, and who want greater earnings potential and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding platform. Role Overview The Builder Sales Manager will focus on driving revenue growth with production home builders and multifamily developers .
The role centers on:
Building and managing relationships with builder purchasing departments Winning new builder communities and projects Managing the bid process and closing new business Growing revenue within existing builder accounts You will work directly with company leadership and estimating teams to assemble competitive pricing packages and convert opportunities into long-term builder partnerships. This is a true sales role with significant upside tied directly to revenue growth and gross profit performance. Key Responsibilities Builder Business Development Develop relationships with purchasing managers, construction managers, and division leadership at production home builders Identify and pursue opportunities with national and regional builders Expand Palm Beach Floors & Design into new builder communities and developments Sales Pipeline & Revenue Growth Build and manage a strong pipeline of builder opportunities Track opportunities and sales activity through CRM systems Consistently generate new business and expand existing builder relationships Bid & Proposal Management Lead the bid process for builder communities and multifamily projects Work with internal estimating teams to assemble competitive pricing packages Present proposals and negotiate pricing with builder purchasing departments Account Management Maintain strong relationships with existing builder customers Identify opportunities to expand product offerings across flooring, cabinetry, and countertops Ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction across builder communities Market Intelligence Monitor builder activity, land development, and new community launches Track competitive pricing and market trends Provide leadership with insights into builder pipelines and upcoming opportunities Ideal Candidate We are specifically seeking sales professionals with builder industry relationships . Ideal backgrounds include candidates who currently work or previously worked at a larger dealer operation in the flooring, cabinetry, or building product distributors serving home builders Qualifications 5+ years sales experience in construction supply, flooring, cabinetry, or related trades Experience selling to production home builders or multifamily developers Strong relationships with builder purchasing departments preferred Proven ability to win new business and grow builder accounts Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and builder bids simultaneously Compensation We offer high performance-based compensation aligned with revenue growth.
Compensation structure includes:
Base Salary Commission Bonuses Structure Target Total Compensation:
