Responsibilities Develop precise roofing estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and site conditions using tools such as Bluebeam, Quickbooks, Roofr. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate pricing, scope of work, and contract terms that align with project budgets and timelines. Prepare detailed proposals that include scope of work, cost breakdowns, and schedules, ensuring clarity and transparency for all stakeholders. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, verify measurements, and gather data essential for accurate estimating. Manage the entire bidding process by reviewing bid packages, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely submission of proposals. Monitor project costs throughout execution to maintain budget adherence through effective cost control strategies. Assist in contract negotiations and review construction contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations. Support project management teams by providing accurate estimates that inform scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement planning. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating within the commercial roofing or broader construction industry in the NM market. Strong proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, Quickbooks or other. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to establish favorable terms while maintaining professional relationships. Familiarity with contracts, scope of work documentation, and cost control methods. Hands-on construction site experience is highly desirable to accurately interpret plans and site conditions. Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and relevant building codes.

Pay:
