  • Full-time Hadinger Flooring is seeking a Commercial Flooring Sales Representative to join our award-winning team.

IMPORTANT
: This role involves travel to visit jobsites, building relationships, and identifying new commercial project opportunities. A company vehicle is provided for daily travel, and a clean driving record is mandatory .

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of commercial sales or business development experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Working knowledge of commercial installation considerations and jobsite coordination Solid math skills for estimating and quoting Strong communication, organization, and follow-up abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Valid driver's license with clean driving record Flooring, construction, or building materials experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new commercial flooring business through outreach, networking, and referrals Build relationships with contractors, developers, designers, and property managers Identify and pursue bid opportunities and project leads Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Prepare estimates, proposals, and competitive bids—and close the deal Conduct jobsite visits and project consultations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and keep projects on track Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local building codes This fully commissioned role has

It is a full-time, five-day-a-week position with flexibility to accommodate meetings and site schedules.
