About us We are a national contractor focusing on national accounts for retail and restaurant construction, tenant finish, and fixture/finish carpentry installations.

• Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and restaurant construction project estimating, project management, and cost control.

• Duties:

• Oversee the estimation process for construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and proposals for projects.
• Ensure all estimates align with project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with the construction management team to review and finalize estimates.
• Monitor and track project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Travel required for project site visits.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction estimating, project management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in using estimating software such as Bluebeam.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to price projects accurately.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cost control methods and practices in the construction industry.
