Work Arrangement:
Full-Time | Hybrid (Office, Remote & Field) We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator / Sales to join our growing team! Excellent opportunity for someone with construction background who can estimate projects, develop leads, prepare bids, and help secure new business. What You'll Do Prepare estimates for renovation and ground-up construction projects Review plans, drawings, specifications, and project scopes Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing Prepare competitive bids and proposals Identify and pursue new project opportunities Develop relationships with property owners, developers, contractors, and other potential clients Assist with client meetings, negotiations, and closing projects Coordinate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction Manage multiple bids, leads, and project opportunities What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, sales, business development, or a combination of these Experience finding, bidding, and/or closing construction projects Experience with renovation and/or ground-up construction Strong knowledge of construction costs, methods, and bid procedures Familiarity with JobTread, Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift , or similar software Knowledge of the South Florida construction market preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
Compensation Salary:
$80,000 to $90,000 + Fuel/Mileage Reimbursement Benefits After 90
