Position Description Calculate and compile data to estimate all project costs according to scope of work and/or specifications & drawings, including in house manufacturing, project support, on-site installation, purchased items and subcontract costs. This task is accomplished, in part, by utilizing a proprietary Excel based workbook Review all opportunity, sales & contract documents and then engage with the necessary in-house departments and outside resources in order to verify that our solutions are complete, minimize risk and that all aspects of the project have been identified, considered and accounted for Execute post sale estimating duties, such as reviewing and finalizing the project budget, list of manufactured goods (resources), revenue milestones and the data entry of those items into the ERP database (CSI9) Support the project managers throughout the life cycle of the project, most often thru the execution of change orders, including budget and revenue value adjustments in the database (CSI9) Manage reports that communicates the expected demand from sales to manufacturing for planning purposes This is a remote position Minimum Qualifications Four years Estimating Experience Excellent oral and written communications skills Detail oriented, analytical, & critical thinking skills Experience with Microsoft Office Proficient in Excel Ability to read & comprehend construction drawings, specifications and technical documents Experience in construction industry Experience with ERP data bases, especially CSI Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar Benefits Offered Medical (with Health Savings Account), Dental, and Vision Insurance Healthcare Flexible Spending Account 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Stock Purchase Plan with company match Company Paid Basic Life Insurance Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Bereavement Leave, & Holidays Parental & Caregiver Leave Employee Education Assistance Program Employee Assistance Program Employee Appreciation Incentives (Birthdays, Recognition Awards, etc.)
