Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team remotely or hybrid if in the northern VA area. This person will be responsible for estimating low voltage/structured cabling projects across the country, with a heavy focus in data centers. Review drawings, specifications, BIM models, and construction documents to develop complete project cost estimates. Perform quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and vendor services. Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and hard-bid estimates for data center construction projects. Analyze bid packages, subcontractor proposals, and supplier quotes to ensure scope completeness. Develop project budgets and cost models for projects ranging from small renovations to multi-million-dollar new builds. Budgets can be anywhere from 5MM to 100MM + on projects this client is working on.
