This position is responsible for reviewing incoming construction bids, organizing and logging projects, and performing quantity takeoffs for Division 10 products. Our primary products include Toilet Accessories, Toilet Partitions, Lockers, Fire Extinguishers and Fire Extinguisher Cabinets , along with other smaller Division 10 items. What You'll Do Review and log incoming construction bid opportunities Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda Perform quantity takeoffs from construction plans Identify and quantify: Toilet Accessories Toilet Partitions Lockers Fire Extinguishers Fire Extinguisher Cabinets Other Division 10 specialty products Enter takeoff information accurately and efficiently Review plans for changes, discrepancies, and missing information Work with the estimating team to make sure bids are complete and accurate Meet deadlines associated with construction bid schedules What You Won't Have to Do You will not be responsible for obtaining your own product pricing. We have someone dedicated to handling pricing, so your primary focus will be reading plans, performing accurate takeoffs, and getting the quantities right. Qualifications Experience with construction estimating or quantity takeoffs preferred Division 10 experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Ability to read and understand architectural construction drawings Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with numbers and quantities Good computer skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable and organized Experience with toilet accessories, toilet partitions, fire extinguisher equipment, or other Division 10 products is highly desirable.
