Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Chief Estimator (Remote) . Electrical Chief Estimator Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Electrical Chief Estimator (Remote) is between $125,000 and $150,000 , and may exceed this range for candidates with exceptional experience and a proven track record of success. Fully remote / work-from-home flexibility Positive, collaborative work environment Stable electrical contractor that is innovative and culturally diverse Growth-oriented culture with strong advancement opportunities Safety and ethics are a top priority Company recognizes team members through incentive programs Electrical Chief Estimator Duties & Responsibilities Must have experience with an electrical contractor Experience with commercial electrical construction projects such as multifamily, garden-style, data centers, etc. Ability to manage assigned estimates from start to completion Review blueprints, bid documents, and specifications for accuracy and scope Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with Accubid (preferred) or similar estimating software Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly detail-oriented and organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency Strong business acumen and understanding of project financials Electrical Chief Estimator Qualifications Strong job stability (no more than 3 roles in the past 10 years preferred) 8-10+ years of experience as an Estimator or similar role with a medium to large electrical contractor Proven success leading estimating efforts for commercial electrical projects Experience with P&L awareness and financial responsibility Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Project experience should include large commercial and multifamily projects Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, change orders, billing, and job costing Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred (Not Required) Journeyman License and/or relevant degree Related Roles Senior Construction Estimator | Senior Cost Estimator | Chief Estimator #
