We are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

As an Experienced Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing project requirements, providing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure accurate bids. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled professional to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate project requirements and specifications. Prepare detailed estimates, including material and labor costs. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop comprehensive project plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, material costs, and construction techniques. Review and analyze project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately estimate project scope. Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals and negotiate contracts. Track and manage project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in drywall estimating within the construction industry. Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., OnScreen, QuickBid). Strong knowledge of drywall materials, techniques, and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret project blueprints and specifications. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
