In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, preparing comprehensive cost estimates, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality fencing solutions. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop precise fence estimates. Utilize estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to prepare detailed cost proposals. Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess terrain, and identify potential challenges. Prepare detailed bid packages including material lists, labor costs, and project timelines. Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgets and implement cost control measures as needed. Assist in contract negotiations and review contractual documents related to fencing projects. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, particularly within fencing or related trades. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, contracts, and project management processes. Proficiency with Bluebeam for document markup and project collaboration. Familiarity with HeavyBid or similar estimating software is highly desirable. Solid understanding of construction site operations, safety standards, and logistics. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Experience in cost control, pricing strategies, and budget management for construction projects.
