full-time Join a Growing Commercial HVAC Team We're seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to support commercial construction projects by developing accurate estimates, performing takeoffs, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to deliver winning proposals. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented estimator looking to advance their career within a growing organization focused on commercial HVAC systems and specialty air-movement equipment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Review commercial construction plans, specifications, and bid documents. Perform HVAC takeoffs and quantity surveys. Prepare detailed estimates, pricing proposals, and bid packages. Analyze project schedules and technical documentation. Support Outside Sales Engineers during the estimating and bidding process. Assist with HVAC equipment and product selection. Identify value-engineering opportunities to maximize project competitiveness. Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and internal departments. Maintain accurate customer, project, and product information. Manage multiple estimates and bid deadlines simultaneously. Support project documentation, order processing, and administrative activities.

Compensation & Benefits:

3+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experience. Experience performing HVAC takeoffs and reviewing mechanical plans. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical construction. Proficiency with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Office, or similar estimating software. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
