- Work directly with our team/clients OR work remotely dependent on sales skills ⸻ What you'll do: Estimate costs for landscape and hardscape projects, ensuring accuracy in materials, labor, and equipment Review blueprints, site plans, and specifications to create detailed takeoffs Prepare bids and proposals that align with client budgets and project goals Collaborate with project managers and designers to refine estimates and identify cost-saving opportunities Analyze materials and labor requirements to ensure efficiency and profitability Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing and availability Conduct site visits to assess conditions and confirm scope of work ⸻ What we're looking for: Experience in landscape or construction estimating (residential or commercial) Tech-savvy mindset•Ability to work efficiently with estimating software, AI tools, and spreadsheets Strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and construction methods Knowledge of grading, drainage, and hardscape installation Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must work in person at our Idaho Falls office (this is NOT a remote role) ⸻ Ready to grow with us?
