Job Description

About MCIS:
Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc. (MCIS) specializes in delivering high-quality construction solutions for mission-critical environments, including data centers. We are seeking a skilled Estimator with a focus on mechanical infrastructure and aisle containment systems to join our growing Preconstruction team. What You'll Do Prepare accurate estimates for hot/cold aisle containment systems, raised floors, structural ceiling grids, and related scopes. Manage bid invitations, track proposals in a construction management software platform, and coordinate vendor/subcontractor pricing. Develop detailed proposals and collaborate with clients and trade partners to align on project scopes. Support handoff meetings between preconstruction and operations teams. Stay current on industry trends, pricing, and technologies in data center construction. What We're Looking For 3+ years of estimating experience in data center construction, mechanical integration, or technical sales/solutions. Strong technical understanding of mechanical infrastructure and containment systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating platforms (Procore a plus). Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field . Background in engineering/design or experience with 3D modeling tools .
