We are looking for a closer to run pre-booked, high-intent appointments with property owners and close the work. This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation job. The appointments are set, confirmed, and on your calendar before you start your day. You show up prepared, confirm the job on site, present the number, and close.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Meet property owners at scheduled appointments, residential and some commercial sites Walk the property and confirm the scope, dimensions, and layout match the prepared quote Adjust the number on site if the job is different from what we priced (more area, heavier growth, access or layout changes), using our simple pricing guide Present the final number, answer questions, and close the sale Collect the deposit on site Keep simple notes, measurements, and photos for each appointment
THE APPOINTMENTS WE HAND YOU
Every appointment is booked and confirmed for you by a dedicated setting team, then added straight to your calendar. You never chase a lead or dial a cold number. The pricing is built before you arrive, so you walk in ready to close instead of guessing at a number. The appointments are built to convert. When the owner is interested, pre-qualified, and the price is ready, a strong closer wins a high percentage of them. We keep your calendar full so you spend your time closing, not prospecting. This is a confirm-and-adjust role, not a technical estimating job. If you can measure a space, follow a simple pricing guide, and spot when a site does not match what was quoted, you can handle this part.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in in-home or outside sales (roofing, solar, windows, fencing, landscaping, pest control, or similar) Comfortable closing homeowners face to face and asking for the deposit Detail-oriented on site, able to take basic measurements and notice when a job differs from the quote (no estimating or construction background required) Reliable, on time, follows through Dependable vehicle, a smartphone, and a clean, professional presence Self-motivated and money-motivated
COMPENSATION
Performance based. You are paid for every appointment you run, plus uncapped commission on every job you close. The harder you close, the more you make. There is no ceiling. We will walk you through the full pay structure on our first call.
