Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to lead construction projects from initial conception through completion. This role combines the strategic planning and precise estimation of project costs with proactive management of construction activities. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating teams, managing schedules, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Join us to drive impactful projects, utilize cutting-edge construction management software, and contribute to a collaborative team environment that values innovation and excellence. Duties Develop accurate project estimates by analyzing blueprints, schematics, and contract documents using construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid or similar software Prepare detailed project proposals, budgets, and schedules leveraging Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and other construction management software Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution Manage project schedules by creating timelines, tracking progress, and adjusting plans using project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and contractual obligations Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate accurate planning and resource allocation Monitor project costs continuously, identify potential overruns early, and implement corrective actions Facilitate communication across all stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and comprehensive documentation Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating and project management within the construction industry Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Strong knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, contracts, and schematics Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with construction scheduling techniques and project coordination best practices Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders Prior hands-on experience on construction sites is highly desirable Join us as a Project Manager/Estimator to lead innovative projects that shape communities!
