The Role We're hiring a Sales-Focused Project Estimator with experience in construction or handyman services. You'll conduct in-home visits with homeowners, assess projects, prepare accurate estimates, and close sales. You'll also hold an active seat in a local networking group and occasionally attend home shows or marketing events. What You'll Do Conduct in-home project assessments (remodels, siding, decks, windows/doors, flooring). Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals. Close sales through a consultative, client-first approach. Manage your pipeline with our CRM system. Network locally and represent Always Home Repair in the community.
