Insulation by Cohen's Charlotte, NC $70,000-$100,000+ (Base + Commission) Job Summary Insulation by Cohen's is hiring a Sales Estimator to join our growing team. This role offers strong earning potential, paid training, and quality leads — no cold calling . What You'll Do Meet with customers and evaluate insulation, and home product needs Prepare and present estimates Close residential projects Work with operations to schedule jobs Follow up on company-provided leads What We Offer Base salary + aggressive commission Company vehicle Company phone & laptop Paid training No cold calling - leads provided Local territory (Jacksonville/Daytona) What We're Looking For Sales experience preferred (construction a plus) Strong communication skills Reliable and motivated Valid driver's license Join a company with over 50 years of proven excellence in insulation, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
