This is a core estimating role — you'll be the person turning plans and site conditions into accurate, competitive bids that directly drive our revenue. Some operations and crew scheduling support may come up occasionally, but this is not an operations or management role. We're a growing scaffolding company that values accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. If you know how to read a blueprint as well as you know how to read a job site, and you've built real estimates in a commercial construction environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates and competitive bids for scaffolding projects across both branches Review project plans, specs, and site conditions to determine scope, quantities, and material needs Perform takeoffs and build pricing using estimating software and historical cost data Communicate with clients, project managers, and field crews to clarify scope and project details Track project costs against estimates and flag opportunities to improve accuracy and profitability Occasionally assist operations with crew scheduling or job coordination as needed
