Conduct thorough review of construction documents to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70 standards, and local electrical building codes. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors through effective negotiation to establish accurate budgets and scope of work. Manage material cost estimating and pricing strategies to optimize project profitability while maintaining competitive bids. Oversee the review of construction drawings for electrical system integration and identify potential design conflicts or constructability issues early in the process.
