Job Overview We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a 1st Property LLC. Estimator ! (Remote or Hybrid Role) If you have a background in water restoration, a passion for sharing your expertise, and mastery in communication and navigating restoration processes. Produce residential and commercial mitigation (water, fire mold) and reconstruction (interior, exterior, roofing) estimates using Xactimate X1 and (Symbility) Manage program file estimation process from start to finish through Contractor Connection, Alacrity, and Claims Workspace and XactAnalysis portals. Prepare and submit supplements, change orders , and revisions as needed. Ensure SLA compliance by preparing supporting documentation prior to submission Collaborate directly with restoration contractors, TPA reviewers and adjusters to streamline file delivery and reduce revision cycles Produce non-program and time and material estimates for mitigation and reconstruction projects Qualifications Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus. Experience in Water Restoration estimating. Proficiency with Xactimate (and/or Symbility). Experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, and or billing is preferred. Experience in dealing with insurance carriers and adjusters. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with office software applications for data entry and record keeping. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
