Full Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively as part of a team Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents Maintain technical knowledge of building components and their functions Understand building component life cycles and maintenance requirements Gather data, compile information, and prepare detailed reports Provide technical guidance and coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Understand operating practices of construction, architectural, and building firms Organize resources and establish priorities to meet deadlines Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and regulations Assist with contract review and scope evaluation Make sound operating, administrative, and procedural decisions Understand procurement rules and regulations Assess contract compliance and quality of materials and services Apply budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles Perform other duties as assigned Requirements /
Experience:
Commercial drywall and framing construction background Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proven work ethic with the ability to multitask and remain focused Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential and a desire to grow Customer-focused approach with a professional and positive attitude Knowledge of drywall and ceiling systems, including labor, materials, and installation methods High attention to detail Proficient with estimating software such as
Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff Behaviors Preferred Enthusiastic:
