Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects. This role reviews project plans, calculates labor and material costs, and supports the bidding process to help develop competitive proposals. Key Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work Prepare cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Perform quantity take-offs and obtain vendor pricing Assist with landscape design concepts and layout plans when needed Develop bid proposals using estimating software Identify potential cost risks and maintain pricing data Support project turnover by providing estimate documentation to operations teams Qualifications Experience with construction or landscape estimating preferred Ability to read project plans and technical documents Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency with estimating software and
