Known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and hands-on leadership, the company delivers multimillion-dollar projects while maintaining the agility and close-knit feel of a smaller organization. Job Description Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope and requirements. Identify and source materials, labor, and equipment costs for projects. Prepare detailed bid proposals and ensure timely submission. Review and update cost estimates based on project changes or developments. Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing. Monitor market trends and construction industry developments to refine estimating processes. Support project teams during pre-construction and project execution phases. Proficiency in cost estimation tools and software. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Offer Salary:
$120,000-$140,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
