Job Description
Overview Seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to join a growing commercial and industrial construction team. This position combines estimating, account management, and project coordination, serving as the primary point of contact for customers from initial project inquiry through contract award. This is not a traditional cold-calling sales role. Most opportunities come from existing customers, referrals, and bid requests. Success is driven by responsiveness, communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals Manage customer relationships and follow up on opportunities Coordinate pricing, submittals, and project documentation Handle change orders and project-related communications Conduct occasional site visits and project assessments Track opportunities using Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience in estimating, project coordination, account management, construction, or a related industry is preferred Salesforce experience is a plus
