We are seeking both an early-career Product Quoter and an experienced Manufacturing Estimator. These positions turn customer specifications into accurate, competitive proposals—helping the company win new business while protecting profitability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prepare product quotations and manufacturing cost estimates Review RFQs, customer specifications, engineering drawings, and BOMs Calculate materials, labor, purchased components, and manufacturing costs Partner with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Operations, and Sales Maintain accurate pricing within ERP/MRP and estimating systems Communicate with customers regarding quotations and technical questions Improve quoting accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time Support engineered products from initial concept through production
PRODUCT QUOTER / ESTIMATOR I
This opportunity is ideal for someone beginning a long-term career in manufacturing, engineering, or technical estimating.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related discipline preferred Equivalent manufacturing or technical experience will be considered Ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills ERP experience is helpful but not required Eagerness to learn, grow, and work across multiple departments
PRODUCT QUOTER / ESTIMATOR II
This opportunity is designed for an experienced estimator who can independently develop accurate, profitable quotations for engineered equipment.
Qualifications:
Strong manufacturing estimating and quoting experience Agricultural equipment manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience quoting fabricated equipment, conveyors, material-handling systems, OEM machinery, or similar engineered products Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and manufacturing processes Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and customer specifications ERP/MRP system experience Business acumen with the ability to balance competitive pricing and profitability
