Independent Roofing/Siding Sales Contractor 15%-20% Commission on Total Roofing/Siding Contract Price Rapid City / Black Hills Independent Contractor Opportunity Apex Contracting is looking for independent outside sales contractors who can self-generate and sign roofing, siding, storm restoration, and exterior replacement projects. This is not hourly. This is for closers. You sell. Apex builds. Once the contract is signed, Apex handles the paperwork, production, collection, project management, and completion. You are free to stay involved with the customer if you want referrals, but you are not expected to manage the build. Pay Commission is paid on the total approved roofing and/or siding contract price. This is commission on total contract price, not profit. Projects 1-5 in a calendar month: 15% Projects 6-10 in a calendar month: 17.5% Projects 11+ in a calendar month: 20% No cap. Commission is paid as Apex collects money on the project. Example Payouts $18,000 roof: 15% = $2,700 17.5% = $3,150 20% = $3,600 $30,000 siding project: 15% = $4,500 17.5% = $5,250 20% = $6,000 $45,000 roof + siding project: 15% = $6,750 17.5% = $7,875 20% = $9,000 $75,000 commercial/property project: 15% = $11,250 17.5% = $13,125 20% = $15,000 What You Do Self-generate opportunities. Talk to homeowners and property owners. Build trust. Present Apex professionally. Get the project signed. You can generate business through door knocking, referrals, networking, storm-response outreach, property manager relationships, commercial outreach, or your own sales methods. Good backgrounds include roofing sales, exterior sales, insurance restoration, door-to-door sales, solar sales, real estate, insurance, construction sales, car sales, home improvement sales, or other high-ticket sales.
