Job Description

Are you a skilled Civil Estimator with expertise in linear and AGTEK takeoffs? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing civil projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your proficiency in your takeoffs will be vital in accurately estimating project costs and materials.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed AGTEK takeoffs to estimate project costs and materials accurately. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Civil Estimator for a minimum of 5 years. Proficiency in AGTEK and linear takeoffs for civil projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively. Familiarity with project management software (OMAN Systems, FMP, ProEstimate).
