Role Description We're looking to add a Senior Estimator / Project Manager to our team as we continue growing in the civil construction industry. This role is for someone experienced in estimating, bidding, and managing projects from pre-construction all the way through completion. The right candidate will be comfortable handling large site development, grading, and utility projects, working closely with owners, engineers, and field teams to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing accurate project estimates and competitive bids Managing projects from award through completion Coordinating with field operations, subcontractors, and clients Tracking budgets, schedules, and project performance Identifying opportunities and managing risk during preconstruction We're looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in the civil/site development space that wants to be part of a growing company with strong opportunity for leadership and long-term growth.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
